Just within one year of foundation, the tour successfully launched a season and completed 7 different individual golf events. Just a week ago, the LIV Golf Tour successfully organized the Invitational Jeddah event. The event featured a total of 48 golfers and a massive purse of $25 million. The majority of them were former PGA Tour and DP World Tour competitors. Brooks Koepka, a former PGA Tour golfer, won the event.
The upcoming 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Miami will be a team championship golf event. Featuring a massive prize pool of $50 million, the event will begin on October 30 in the United States. It will be run in Miami over three days and will include byes, singles matches, foursomes, and stroke play over teams.
