PGA Works Collegiate Championship is a popular American collegiate golf competition. It was established in 1986 as a golf tournament for historically black, Hispanic, and other minority-serving educational institutions and has been an exciting annual event since.
The 2023 event will be a 54-hole stroke play-based competition like recent years. It will be played in three rounds, over the span of three days. As an amateur event, however, the competition won’t provide any prize money.
Various Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) spanning five divisions including – Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) will compete there. A total of 120 male and 78 female golfers are expected to partake in the event.
