ISU World Team Trophy is a professional figure skating team competition. Under the authorization of the International Skating Union, the event made its inaugural debut in 2009.
The upcoming World Team Trophy 2023 is set to mark the 8th iteration of the international competition. It will begin this April 13th and run for 4 days at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.
A total of 12 international teams entered to participate in the event. However, only 6 of them qualified for entry through ISU Grand Prix and ISU Championship. The event features a $1 million prize money.
