ATP ASB Classic 2023: Schedule, TV and Live, Venue, and Seeds

Following a week of the WTA Tour competition’s initiation, the long-awaited ATP ASB Classic 2023 is set to return this Monday in New Zealand.

The Auckland Open is a ASB Bank sponsored annual tennis event. The joint professional event holds individual competitions for WTA and ATP Tours every year in Auckland, New Zealand.

The ATP ASB Classic 2023 will be the 45th edition of the ATP 250 event. The event is returning after two years of cancellation due to the worldwide pandemic. Featuring 24 ATP professionals, the event will kick off on Monday.



This year’s ASB Classic has the Norwegian professional, Casper Rudd as lead seed. Rudd is currently ranked 3rd in ATP Singles. He reached the finals of both French and US Open 2022. He was also a finalist at the ATP Finals last year. AT the 2023 United Cup, he was a part of the Norwegian team.

The British professional, Cameron Norrie is the 2nd seed at Auckland. At present, Norrie is ranked 14th in the ATP singles standings. He reached the 3rd round at French Open and semifinals at Wimbledon last year. Norrie also reached career highest rank of 8th in ATP singles last September. He also won his fourth title at Lyon Open.

ATP Singles 21st ranked Argentine, Diego Schwartzman is the 3rd seed at the event. Last year, he reached the finals at two of four Golden Swing event in South America. Schwartzman also reached the quarterfinals of the 2022 Monte-Carlo Masters.
