Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2023: Schedule, TV, Live Stream, Venue, and Seeds

Just a week after the initiation of WTA 1000 with the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2023, ATP Tour 500 is launching its big next tournament at the same event.


The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship is a long running professional tennis tournament in Dubai. It annually holds two tournaments for the ATP Tour 250 series and the WTA Tour 1000 series. The upcoming ATP edition of the event will mark its 31st iteration. It will be played at the outdoor courts at Aviation Club Tennis Centre.

The Serbian legend, Novak Djokovic is the leading seed at the upcoming Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship 2023. He is also the leading ranker at ATP singles at present. Djokovic recently added his 10th AO and 22nd grand slam title from the Australian Open 2023 event. He also set a record for the most weeks as World no.1 alongside Steffi Graf.

Andrey Rublev is the Russian tennis professional. He is currently the 5th ranked at ATP singles and 2nd seed at the upcoming Dubai ATP tournament. Rublev was a quarterfinalist at both the Australian Open 2023 and US Open 2022.

Another Russian professional, Daniil Medvedev is the 3rd seed at the event. He is ranked 8th at ATP singles since last week. He lost to Novak Djokovic at the Adelaide International semifinals. He also reached the 3rd round of Australian Open 2023 and was defeated by Sebastian Korda. Medvedev achieved his 17th ATP singles title at the Rotterdam Open last week.

Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships’ 31st ATP iteration is scheduled to start this Monday, February 27, 2023. It will initiate at 05:00 a.m. ET with the Marc-Andrea Huesler vs Lorenzo Sonego and Thanasi Kokkinakis vs Quentin Halys games.
