The Mexican Open 2022 will be full of stars. World Number 2 Daniil Medvedev will be the top seed of the tournament. This year, he’s been in fantastic shape. He advanced to the Australian Open finals when he was defeated by Rafael Nadal. His luck hasn’t been on his side lately, as he’s lost his last three ATP circuit finals. Medvedev will aim to turn his luck in this competition, by taking the cup with him.

World’s number 3 Alexander Zverev is the second seed of the tournament. He was defeated in the finals of the Open Sud de France in his most recent tournament. His last ATP tour win came from the ATP tour finals, where he defeated Medvedev in the finals. One of the future big 3 Stefanos Tsitsipas will also participate in the tournament. In his last tournament, he lost in the finals of the ATP Rotterdam.

The biggest star of the tournament is Rafael Nadal. After his fantastic performance in the Australian Open, he is currently the highest grand slam holder in the Men’s Singles. He has played two ATP tournaments including the Australian Open this year and won both of them. Nadal will try to continue his winning streak through this tournament.
