His toughest opponent of the tournament was Auger-Aliassime in the fourth round. Nadal lost the first set in 6-3 points. But he managed to recover in the second and third see. Nadal again lost the fourth set, but he confirmed his ticket to the final by defeating Aliassime 6-3 in the final set.
