Cognizant Founders Cup 2023 will be the 12th iteration of the popular Clifton-based women’s professional golf tournament. Established in 2021, the event is currently governed by LPGA Tour on its annual tour calendar.
Like the recent years, the event will take place at the Upper Montclair Country Club in New Jersey. It will be a four-day long stroke play event over 72 par. The field will feature a total of 144 professional female golfers.
Popular LPGA professionals like Lydia Co, Nelly Kroda, Lexi Thompson, Jin Young Ko, and many more will be present in this year’s field. Minjee Lee will also compete to defend her 2022 title. The top-65 participants will receive a share of the $3 million purse, with the winner getting $450,000 this year.
