RIZIN 43 is scheduled to take place this Friday at the Makomanai Sekisui Heim Arena in Hokkaido. It will feature a total of 12 MMA bouts. Additionally, the event will also organize 5 kickboxing fights.
The title card will feature the RFF featherweight title decider fight between Kleber Koike Erbst and Chihiro Suzuki. Meanwhile, the co-main card will feature Yusuke Yachi vs Zach Zane for the lightweight division.
Kleber Koike Erbst is a professional mixed martial artist from Brazil. He currently holds a career record of 31 wins to 6 losses from 38 fights. He faced his latest loss at the Bellator MMA vs RIZIN 1 last December. There Patricio Pitbull defeated Erbst via UD.
Chihiro Suzuki is a young MMA pro from Japan. He holds a professional record of 10-3 and a KO-to-win ratio of 40% at present. Most recently, Suzuki defeated Marcos Rios at a kickboxing match this March via KO.
