He palsy as a striker for Premier League Club Manchester City and the Norway National Team. he also played for Bryne, Molde, Red Bull Salzburg, and Borussia Dortmund. Haaaland was in the academy of his hometown club, Bryne. In 2015-16, he played for the Bryne team scoring 18 goals in 14 matches. He made 16 total senior appearances for Bryne.


In 2017, Molde picked Haaland with a contract signing. For this club, he made his debut against Volda TI. In that match, his club won scoring 3-2. With four goals in 20 appearances, he finished his first season at Molde. He finished as a top goal scorer in 2018 Eliteserien at Molde, scoring 16 goals in 30 matches.

Red Bull Salzburg:

In 2018, Red Bull Salzburg picked Haaland by signing a 5-year contract from 2019. He made his debut for the club against Neustadter in the Austrian Cup 2018-19 quarter-finals. He scored his first hat-trick for the club against SC-ESV Parndorf and the next hat-trick for the league was against Wolfsberger AC. He also got the third hat-trick for the club against TSV Hartberg. 3 days later, Haaland made his debut in the UEFA Champions League against Genk. In that match, he scored his fourth overall hat-trick. In the next 2 matches, he recorded a goal against Liverpool and a further 2 goals against Napoli. He became the second teenager after Karim Benzema to score in the history of the competition in his first 3 appearances. Recording his 5th hat-trick of the season he scored all three goals in Salzburg at Wolfsberger AC. It was his second hat-trick against Wolfsberg. He left this club having recorded 29 goals during the 2019-20 season.

Borussia Dortmund:

Dortmund announced Haaland for their club and confirmed the signing of a four-and-a-half-year contract. In this contract, the fee is reported to be in the region of €20 Million. Haaland made his debut for Dortmund against FC Augsburg in 2020. In that match, he scored a hat-trick goal. Playing next match against local rivals 1. FC KOLN, Haaland became the first Bundesliga player to score 5 goals in his opening 2 matches. He won January’s Bundesliga Player of the month award. Becoming the 1st player to score 7 goals in three Bundesliga games, he got a brace against Union Berlin. He played for Dortmund in several matches with beautiful scores. He was the Bundesliga Player of the Season and Champion League top goalscorer in 2020-21. In 2021-22, Haaland started the season with a hat-trick against Wehen Wiesbaden in the DFB-Pokal. On 10 May, Dortmund announced that Haaland is going to leave at the end of the season to Premier League club Manchester City.

Manchester City:

Manchester City announced Haaland for the club with a deal signing a €60 Million release clause. Maybe he is going to play for Manchester City against West Ham on 7 August. 

National Team:

Haaland played for the Norway Under-19 Team and Norway Under-20 Team. As a senior, He played for UEFA Euro 2020 against Malta and Sweden. In the national team, he made his debut against Malta on 5 Sept. 2019. In September 2021, Haaland scored 5 goals including a second hat-trick for Norway.
